The Case Files Of Biff Barksdale, Boy Detective - Periodically updated
Primarily a vidcap site for live and cartoon heroine scenes though Biff also
has a gallery of original art featuring cartoon and comics heroines.  The
vidcaps are frequently updated and it's an excellent selection so check out
the Case Files today.  You won't regret it.


Princess Ariel in Distess Vidcaps - No longer Updated
Thanks to Leo MauMau there's now a site for these hard to find scenes of
Princess Ariel from the early eighties fantasy series Thundar the Barbarian.
Leo also created a site for another cartoon from the 1980s, Dungeons and Dragons.


Anime and Videogame DiD Board - Regularly updated
A discussion board for anime, manga and videogame DiD scenes often accompanied
by postings of the scenes in question.  The board also features a lot of
original artwork that you won't find anywhere else. 


Western Civilization DiD Board - Regularly updated
A discussion board for comics, cartoon and original DiD scenes often accompanied
by postings of the scenes in question.  Similar to the AVGDiD Board in format
but unlike the other board but nudity is allowed in the vidcaps and art so
No Minors Allowed!.


Anime Knight's Art - Occasionally updated
In addition to Anime Knight's anime & manga based DiD artwork the site also
includes DiD anime vidcaps and manga scans. Last update 2004.


Giub's DEAmon Site - Occasionally updated
An extensive collection of anime DiD vidcaps that's worth a look.
Last update 2004.


DH Viewer's Site - Periodically updated
A simple layout but an extensive collection of both vidcaps and vidclips for
download.  Primarily anime but there's a decent selection of cartoon material
too.

J.B. Bond's Adventurous Women in Distress - Occasionally updated
JB Bond's site is back and while it's not fully restored yet there's plenty
of Marvel & DC heroines to see so check it out!


Tuxedo Jarod's Imperiled Heroines Portal - Occasionally updated
A mix of comics, cartoon and live heroines in images and stories.


Doppleganger's Dungeon of Distressed Damsels - Last update Aug. 2001
Stories and art of original heroines in distress.  Well worth a look.

Rogue's Gallery - Regularly updated
Gambit's website features his take on a variety of cartoon and anime heroines
getting into a bind with a special emphasis on the struggles of the X-Men's
southern belle, Rogue.  Also a collection of Bill K's art of characters other
than Sailor Moon & friends (Bill being the most prolific contributer to 
my Shackled Senshi page).

Original art, Comics Scans and Video clips of DiD heroines.  Well worth checking out.


LOZ DiD - Regularly updated
The DiD art of Lost One Zero featuring an great selection of anime, cartoon
and comic damsels.  You can also buy downloads of Lost One Zero's "Fantasy Frontiers"
and "Space Damsels" comics.  Personally I particularly recommend "Fantasy Frontiers"
which does have the first issue available for free download. 


Yahoo Groups of Interest
All Yahoo Groups require having registering for a free yahoogroups membership
before you can access them.

Cartoon Heroines Perils Yahoogroup
An all ages Yahoo Group I started to keep people up to date on what's
happening with the website along with discussions about cartoon and anime
heroine perils, vcr alerts and a place to stash vidcaps and vidclips that
aren't on the site.


Cartoon/Comic Captives Correspondence
C3C is the group for those interested in discussing mainstream
comic book heroines in distress, viewing original heroine artwork and seeing
webpages and photomanipulations dedicated to this noble subject.  With nothing
more risque than a PG-13 allowed to be posted this list is open to all.  Due
to some sort of Yahoo screwup the group is now listed as an adult group but it
continues to ban the posting of adult material and remains open to all ages.
