2 Stupid Dogs

In a black and white episode, our 2 stupid dogs found a woman tied to
some railroad tracks. They grab her and run off, with her still tied up
and screaming (we can't hear anything; only piano music). After they
untie her, she continues screaming. Near the end, everyone (including
the villian, the sun, and other things) starts dancing. The woman then
gets mad and slaps everyone, so the 2 stupid dogs and villain decide to
tie her to the railroad tracks again. Actually pretty good.

The 13 Ghosts of Scooby Doo

This is the series in which Scooby, Scrappy (who miraculously is no
longer annoying), Shaggy, Daphne, and some little kid named Flim Flam try
to capture 13 actual ghosts (not guys in costumes) and stuff them in the
chest of demons. In one episode, Scooby left the gang and a new dog
served as his replacement (he was picked by Flim Flam). Later, a demon
named Time Slime showed up at the house and everyone jumped him in order
to capture him. The demon grabbed them, however, and in the next scene,
they are all tied up with their hands behind their back and are tied to
each other and learn that when a clock reaches a certain time, a knight
in armor will kill them all. It's about time someone got that annoying
Flim Flam to shut up! (he's even more annoying than Scrappy)
